The Central Washington Catholic Foundation (CWCF) focuses on serving Central Washington. We support faith-based and other works in Benton, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Kittitas, Klickitat, and Yakima counties. We are an independent foundation and a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which relies solely on our generous supporters and not on any church donations. The majority of our annual payouts go to educational institutions through the form of scholarships and grants. The CWCF was founded in the fall of 2002 by four individuals with no money yet with a vision to make a philanthropic difference in their own communities. Since our humble beginnings, we have given out over half a million dollars. We dedicate our resources to help schools and other agencies, especially, but not limited to Catholic entities. Included within our website we have all of our organizational documentation from our application for nonprofit status through to our latest annual report. You will find also all of our quarterly newsletters and annual reviews. In addition, if you go to our Planned Giving section, you will find a host of helpful information.
