  • Approving the annual Foundation budget and any contracts which require Board approval, and
  • Actively participating on designated Committees of the Board.

As a Central Washington Catholic Foundation Trustee, I pledge:

  • To actively serve on at least one Committee of the Board and endeavor to attend all scheduled meetings.
  • To make the financial support of the Foundation a deliberate consideration in my own personal life.
  • To be prepared to discuss the business addressed at scheduled meetings, having read the agenda, minutes and other background material in advance.
  • To work with and respect the opinions of my peers who serve this board and to leave my personal interests out of all board discussions.
  • To act always for the good of the Foundation and the people we serve.
  • To respect the Foundation in a positive and supportive manner within the community.
  • To assist with fundraising activities or any Board sponsored events.
  • To avoid conflicts of interest between my position as a Trustee and my personal or professional life. If ever there is a conflict of interest perceived, I will refrain from voting on that matter.
  • To participate in strategic planning or other activities related to the development of the Trustees or the Foundation.
  • If, for any reason, I find myself unable to carry out the above duties, I will submit my resignation as a Central Washington Catholic Foundation Trustee.
